Professor Allain presented the keynote talk titled: Self-organization and nano-patterning of III-V semiconductor systems by directed irradiation synthesis (DIS) at the International Symposium of Plasma Nanoscience. The iPlasmaNano-V Conference took place in Torremolinos, Spain from September 28th-October 2nd, 2014.
